Favorite part about CSA
The Annual Conference. The experience of encountering such an array of transnational multidisciplinary scholarship on South Asia has been inspiring. As a graduate student, it has also been a great place for testing out ideas and receiving valuable advice and feedback.
Favorite part of living in Madison
It is just the right size! I feel like the 80 bus will get me to wherever I need to go on campus within 45 minutes, and still there are so many open spaces and views that help to not make the campus area seem claustrophobic. So it is big and small at the same time.
