We hope you are all safe and healthy. In light of the latest email from Mark Walters, Chief Human Resource Officer, UW-Madison, stipulating required telecommuting for employees who do not need to be physically present to perform job responsibilities, the Center for South Asia staff will work remotely, and the Center will not be open during normal business hours effective March 18, 2020. We will reopen once the University instructs us to return to normal operations.
While much is still uncertain, the Center for South Asia will continue to serve as a resource for students and faculty interested in the region. We will continue to share opportunities that may be of interest to our audience and that, at this time, are available or continuing.
